Terms of Service

WoaHoa is in a closed, invite-only beta. Features will change, things may break, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. We try hard not to lose anything, but please keep your own copies of anything important.

• You must be at least 13 years old to make an account. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 13, we close it without appeal and delete everything on it from WoaHoa. It can't be recovered.
• Give accurate information, and keep your password and sign-in methods safe.
• You're responsible for what's done on your account and its profiles by you, or by anyone you let use it. If someone gets in without your permission, tell us right away at zero511dash55@gmail.com so we can secure it. We won't hold you responsible for what they did.

You keep ownership of the videos and everything else you post. So that WoaHoa can work, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, copy, process (for example, making versions at different qualities, thumbnails and previews, and running our checks), and show and share your content as the privacy setting you choose allows. This permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies kept for a short time in backups or where the law requires us to keep them.

You confirm you own what you post, or have permission to post it, and that your answers to the upload questions (such as a video's rating, and whether it includes AI-generated content or contains copyrighted material) are true.

• Anything illegal, including footage of real illegal activity.
• Any sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualizes minors, real or drawn. We report it to the authorities.
• 18+ material in a video rated lower than it needs (gore needs at least RT18; nudity and sexual pictures RT18+).
• Pornography, at any rating.
• Copyrighted material you don't have permission to use, except as allowed by your answers to the upload questions and the law.
• AI-generated or AI-manipulated content, including AI-made clips, images, thumbnails and music, and text-to-speech narration. AI clips or images are only allowed as examples in a video reporting on AI, such as coverage of results that have already been made public. Tools that only improve your own footage, like upscaling or noise removal, and auto-translated dubbing are fine.
• Videos that teach people to make AI-generated content (deepfakes included), or that review or demonstrate AI tools that generate it.
• Posting the same video more than once, or mass-produced, repeated or low-effort videos.
• Harassment, threats, hate, or content that encourages violence.
• Scams, spam, malware, impersonating someone else, or misleading people about who you are.
• Interfering with the site, its servers or other people's use of it, or accessing it in ways we don't provide.

Uploads go through automated checks, and people on our team may review them. If a check finds a problem that contradicts your answers, the video stays private until it's resolved. We may remove content, keep it private, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If you think we got something wrong, email zero511dash55@gmail.com.

If you believe something on WoaHoa infringes your copyright, email zero511dash55@gmail.com with the content's link, the work you believe is infringed, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized. We'll review it and act on valid complaints.

Copying your videos from YouTube also follows the agreement shown when you start the copy, and YouTube's Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

WoaHoa is provided "as is", especially during the beta, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, WoaHoa isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or content, arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in West Virginia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or when the beta ends; we'll give notice where we reasonably can.

We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we'll tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect.
